Senior Electrical Engineer

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 7+ years of industry experience as an Electrical Engineer. Proficient in PCB design, production, and testing. Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design, power systems, and embedded systems. Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and strong communication skills. Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment. Previous experience developing various RF protocols (LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC) is preferred. Proficient in Altium designer is preferred. Experience working with JDM/ODM is preferred. Experience working on a remote, distributed team is preferred. Experience with developed hardware-in-the-loop testing is preferred.

Develop electrical subsystems for Lime vehicles and parking infrastructure. Define system architecture and select components. Perform schematic capture, PCBA layout, board bring-up, and testing. Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, and product teams for seamless integration. Design RF modules, including antenna design and optimization. Troubleshoot complex electrical problems and propose innovative solutions. Implement documentation best practices for design guidelines and test reports. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team professional development.
