Requirements:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in English, Journalism, or a Communications-related field, and/or commensurate proposal management experience. Minimum of two years’ experience in writing persuasive proposals, developing winning business strategies, delivering quality outputs in a fast-paced environment, and strategic proposal content development/project management. Experience with Microsoft Office products at the advanced level. Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
Responsibilities:
Support client acquisition and retention by drafting responses to RFPs and sales documents. Utilize editorial, grammatical, and writing skills to ensure written deliverables align with tactical, strategic, financial, and sales-capture decisions. Understand and develop knowledge of business unit target markets and trends. Utilize project management skills to initiate, collect, and deliver analytical tasks with cross-functional SMEs. Develop and adhere to stringent timelines and demonstrate attention to detail. Support proposal content management to keep materials current. Contribute to departmental efficiency and effectiveness by streamlining processes.
