Bachelor’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field (Graduate Degree preferred) Eight (8)+ years of experience conducting user research in a product development setting Advanced expertise in a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Outstanding communication and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, lead projects, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment A strong understanding of the tradeoff between rigor and speed in research Strong project and program management skills A strong drive for continuous learning and self-improvement
