Senior Software Engineer in Test

5+ years of testing experience with solid expertise in the QA lifecycle. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools. Hands-on experience with automation frameworks, CI/CD, API testing, and distributed systems. Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Rust, Python, Haskell, Java, Scala, C#, C++). Experience in performance and security testing (a big plus). Blockchain/Web3 experience. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. A higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.

Define and drive test strategy for high-impact projects. Design advanced test frameworks and create automation solutions for complex systems. Champion test automation at scale by building robust test suites and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines. Analyze and optimize test results, recommending improvements. Troubleshoot and lead root cause analysis. Manage defects and mentor others in QA best practices. Act as escalation point for technical services and production incidents.
