Discover and translate user needs and business goals into intuitive experiences. Own design problems from discovery to delivery, iterating with data and feedback. Plan and conduct customer interviews, usability tests, and journey mapping. Lead end-to-end product design from discovery to high-fidelity mock-ups. Identify and measure design metrics for success. Contribute to and evolve the design system. Ensure accessibility is embedded in design decisions (WCAG 2.1 AA). Facilitate workshops and critiques. Present design thinking confidently.
