Build AI-powered backend tools in Python for candidate/recruiter scoring, recommendation engines, and content analysis. Build frontend features with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS. Implement core systems: recruiter directory, candidate/recruiter rating system, and recruiter tools/resources hub. Ensure authenticity by designing systems that keep comments, reviews, and ratings transparent and genuine. Create a content hub with educational resources for recruiters and job seekers. Take ownership of product development from ideation to deployment.
