Requirements:
5+ years of professional front-end development experience. Solid expertise in React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, Hooks, Context API, etc.). Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SASS. Experience with performance optimization and responsive design. Hands-on experience with CI/CD and cloud-based environments. Proven experience leading or mentoring other engineers. Excellent communication skills and at least upper-intermediate English.
Responsibilities:
Lead front-end development efforts, focusing on scalable React-based applications. Define architecture and ensure best practices for performance, accessibility, and code quality. Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences. Mentor and guide front-end developers, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence. Stay up to date with modern front-end tools, libraries, and frameworks, and drive their adoption where relevant.
