Requirements:
8+ years of professional front-end development experience At least 5 years focused on React in large-scale applications Expert in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript Deep expertise with React (hooks, context, state management, component architecture, performance optimisation) Strong knowledge of CSS and responsive design principles Proficient in accessibility (WCAG standards) and cross-browser compatibility Testing experience: unit, integration, and end-to-end Track record of building and deploying production-grade React applications Experience mentoring developers and contributing to engineering culture Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience)
