At least 3 years of experience managing engineering teams, either directly or as a tech lead Staff-level (IC6+) engineering experience prior to shifting into a management role Experience building high-performing teams and hiring A+ talent Excitement around keeping coding skills sharp and jumping into the trenches with the team as needed Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver new product features rapidly Voracious learner.
