Responsibilities:
Support development of data and benchmarking products Prioritize features based on customer needs and business objectives Partner with engineering, data science, and UX teams Transform interview dataset into actionable benchmarking products Contribute to products providing industry insights and competitive intelligence Gather customer feedback to inform product decisions Monitor performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities Support Go-to-Market teams on expansion strategies Contribute to business cases for new offerings Work with data science teams on analytics methodologies Ensure integration with existing customer workflows Support evaluation of market positioning of current offerings Contribute to the roadmap for data products Evaluate how to leverage interview dataset for benchmarking and analytics products
