Systems Engineer

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field 6+ years of experience in a systems integration or cross-functional hardware role Familiarity with the full product lifecycle Experience working with electromechanical systems, embedded computing, and sensor integration Strong analytical and debugging skills Excellent communication skills and ability to manage collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams Experience with ruggedized electronics, field-deployed platforms, or maritime/aerospace systems (Bonus)

Define, document, and manage system-level requirements, performance targets, and integration interfaces Develop integration and test plans to validate full system behavior Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and software subsystems for robust operation Oversee system-level design reviews and integration milestones Support environmental and functional testing Investigate root causes of field issues Maintain system architecture documentation, test protocols, and integration logs Design experiments and verify durability with reliability/test team Contribute to tools and fixtures for system diagnostics, calibration, and servicing
