Lead development of new features and enhancements, balancing speed with scalability, reliability, and sustainability. Shape application architecture for a distributed platform, ensuring performance, security, and accessibility. Influence technical direction, driving design discussions and introducing new frameworks/patterns. Mentor and support engineers, fostering technical excellence. Partner cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers. Guide incident response and operations by anchoring on-call rotations.
