4+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer Strong technical background building consumer- or user-facing applications at scale using React/React Native Experience moving across the stack when needed (Python and Solidity) Comfortable working through the product lifecycle Strong product sense and focus on user needs Familiarity with crypto features and concepts Desire to keep up with modern best practices in software development and Web3 EU or U.S. (EST) time zone

Build and continuously improve trading-related features Develop and maintain performant, scalable user interfaces across mobile and web Take ownership of projects end-to-end Communicate status, updates, blockers, etc., to cross-functional stakeholders Respond to incidents as part of an on-call rotation Participate in RFC and code review
