Minimum 8 years of experience as a Lead Product Designer or similar. Experience in fast-growing SaaS companies, collaborating with developers and product managers. Portfolio demonstrating strong understanding of interaction design, visual design, product strategy, and design thinking. In-depth knowledge of building scalable, accessible design solutions. Experience in lean/agile environments (startup, product, agency, studio). Fluent written and verbal English (min. B2/C1). Experience with Figma or similar tools. Creating and developing design systems.

Develop high-quality digital products end-to-end for startups. Create user interfaces and lead projects from discovery, research, and prototyping to delivery. Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys. Translate research findings into product roadmaps and prototypes. Communicate directly with startup founders and lead project meetings. Collaborate with clients, product managers, developers, and team members. Design solutions focused on real user problems. Promote human-centered design principles and accessibility. Contribute to design system and visual language development. Mentor other designers.
