Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on technical delivery with mentoring Excellent problem-solving skills Strong skills in Python for data science (pandas, numpy, scikitlearn, pyspark) Hands-on experience with at least one cloud data platform (GCP, AWS, Azure, Databricks) Familiar with data warehousing tools (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, BigQuery, Snowflake) Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning models Experience with MLOps tools (Databricks, mlflow, AWS Sagemaker, Vertex AI) Experience with Git code versioning workflow and platforms (Github, Azure Devops, Gitlab etc) Fluent English

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning models Collaborate with data analysts, product managers, and engineering teams Develop and refine complex data features from large-scale datasets Champion data quality and integrity Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot the performance of deployed models Provide technical leadership in the application of statistical modeling and machine learning Document and present complex methodologies and findings Mentor and coach junior data scientists and analysts
