Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience in paid social advertising. Proven success managing clients with ad spend of at least £30k - £100k per month. Deep understanding of advertising platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, and Pinterest. Proven track record working with cross-functional teams in an advertising agency, startup, or service-based business. Extensive experience working with D2C industry clients. T-shaped marketing knowledge with understanding of different areas of the marketing funnel. Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience with reporting and analytics tools (Shopify, Triple Whale, Motion, Agency Analytics). Proficiency in campaign setup, audience targeting, and performance optimisation. Advanced understanding of creative testing methodologies and performance measurement. Excellent copywriting skills for direct-response advertising. Self-motivated and proactive with a drive to consistently improve. Detail-oriented with a passion for analysing and tracking data. Self-starter who can motivate themselves without constant guidance. Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills. High energy and enthusiasm for performance marketing challenges.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute paid social advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest. Achieve monthly ad spend and revenue KPIs while maximizing efficiency and ROI. Conduct data-oriented media buying and testing for new creatives, audiences, and strategies. Utilize reporting tools including Shopify Reports, Motion, Agency Analytics, and Triple Whale. Champion creative strategy for clients, developing and measuring creative testing roadmaps. Write direct-response copy for ads. Collaborate with the design team for creative concepts. Monitor and report on campaign success to internal teams and clients. Foster strong client relationships, understand their goals, and set expectations. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients. Work closely with cross-functional teams for campaign alignment. Present data-backed insights and growth recommendations to clients. Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices. Participate in team meetings and share expertise. Work with the Head of Paid Social for alignment on activity. Develop skills through ongoing learning and professional development.
