3+ years of experience in system auditing, system development/operation, or information security Experience using generative AI for business Management experience (regardless of number of people managed) Ability to communicate smoothly with stakeholders and understand issues quickly Ability to conduct assurance work in compliance with IIA International Standards Knowledge of IT risks and control measures (IT governance, information security, cloud/AI technologies, IT legal knowledge) Ability to monitor risk management and various risk categories Leadership skills (communication, motivation, collaboration, change adaptability, conflict resolution, negotiation, talent development)

Conduct individual audits (preliminary survey, plan creation, evaluation, analysis, reporting, follow-up) Perform offsite monitoring (collecting internal/external risk information) Conduct risk assessments Improve internal audit processes Manage audit leaders and members Manage audit progress and issues Manage conflicts with audited departments Manage team members' tasks and resources Develop and mentor team members
