Requirements:
3-5+ years in performance / growth marketing Proven track record of scaling 7 figure paid media budgets profitably Deep knowledge of paid social and paid search fundamentals Comfort with analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Excel/Sheets, attribution platforms) Creative thinker who can create effective briefs and assess ad creative Comfortable being both strategic and tactical Strong communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Experience in direct-to-consumer digital health (preferred) Familiarity with and enthusiasm for embracing AI tools (preferred)
Responsibilities:
Own and scale paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google Search/Display, Bing, TikTok) Develop plans to expand presence in new channels Create and execute an always-on testing roadmap for creative, targeting, bidding, and landing pages Track, measure, and report on key metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC, CVR) Implement attribution best practices Use cohort and funnel analysis to optimize conversion rates Partner with product and lifecycle teams to improve onboarding flows Work with brand and content teams for consistent messaging Provide market insights to inform product positioning Collaborate with external designers to optimize ad creative
