Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 3+ years of experience in Full Stack Software Development. Proven experience leading high-impact projects and teams. Strong experience with MySQL, Express, React, Node.js (or similar web application stacks). Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks, especially React with TypeScript. Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs using Node.js with TypeScript. Solid understanding of database technologies and ORMs (MySQL, TypeORM). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive independently and in cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environment. Experience setting up new systems and technical standards (Bonus). Knowledge of microservices and serverless architectures (Bonus). Familiarity with AWS or other cloud providers (Bonus). Previous experience in fintech or startup environments (Bonus).
Responsibilities:
Design and develop web applications and new features. Build and maintain RESTful APIs with Node.js and TypeScript. Develop and maintain back-end systems using MySQL. Collaborate with UX designers to implement responsive, intuitive interfaces. Deliver features that impact thousands of users and internal operations. Implement automated testing to ensure scalability and quality. Drive improvements in technical implementations and best practices across the team.
