Requirements:
Native Russian speaker English B1+ proficiency 2+ years of experience in software testing, QA, or product operations Specialized or close to specialized education (preferably technical) Availability of certificates of training, completion, additional courses, etc. Solid understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, GA, Mixpanel, or similar) Ability to design and execute practical, outcome-driven test cases without over-engineering Strong collaboration skills Proactive mindset
Responsibilities:
Ensure end-to-end quality of product features Apply AI tools for product quality control and AI-augmented testing Develop and maintain product test documentation Validate key user flows and run Customer Journey Tests Monitor product health via metrics, dashboards, and analytics Support fast iteration by providing rapid feedback to the Product team Perform cross-platform testing Collaborate with product managers and designers to define acceptance criteria Investigate and reproduce customer-facing issues Monitor product releases and contribute to release decisions Support localisation and regulatory testing
