Custom Furniture Designer

Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (required). Proven experience creating detailed technical drawings for furniture or millwork. Knowledge of custom wood construction techniques (highly preferred). Must have your own laptop or desktop. Stable internet connection and a backup device/connection for emergencies.

Create precise and detailed 2D and 3D drawings for custom furniture projects. Collaborate with clients, project managers, and craftsmen to ensure designs meet specifications. Prepare accurate shop drawings and construction details. Modify and adjust drawings based on feedback and production requirements. Ensure all designs comply with structural and material considerations for custom wood fabrication.
