Financial Systems Analyst

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field 2-3 years Finance/Accounting/Systems experience Sustainability/Health and Safety experience preferred Exposure to Benchmark Gensuite preferred Onestream/Hyperion or similar CPM system experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office products Experience writing VB.Net or other programming languages a plus Onestream/Hyperion field Super User experience a plus ERP experience a plus MBA and/or CPA a plus

Serve as first level support for Benchmark GenSuite platform Update and maintain IDEX entity structures, user security, and implement new modules Create user training documentation and SOC report user entity controls Identify and implement process improvements and promote user adoption Support other EHS/Sustainability tools Serve as first level support for Onestream platform Update and maintain corporate consolidation system, metadata, business rules, workflows, and security Manage trial balance mappings, Account Reconciliations/FCM module, and user training documentation Serve as first level support for Archer Update and maintain systems for internal audit, corporate finance, and compliance Serve as first level support for NUS and UP Enterprise Maintain IDEX entity structures, user security, and SOC report user entity controls Enforce compliance with policies, procedures, and controls Support periodic internal and external assurance processes Contribute to system improvements and development projects Execute ad hoc duties
