Lead Visual Designer - Mumbai

Preferably 7+ years of relevant work experience in Interaction Design, UI/UX design or Product design. Strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant, user-centered design solutions. Experienced in working on SaaS products. Have grown/ managed a team of high performing designers. Have had experience leading mid to large scale Website redesign/rebranding efforts. Experience working with international teams. Bachelors/ Masters degree in Design/ Computer Science would be an advantage.

Set design direction across multiple initiatives. Partner closely with stakeholders across Design, Product, Marketing, and Engineering. Develop and lead a team of high performing designers. Research how products are used and identify opportunities. Define design approaches and iterate on product features and benefits communication. Evolve design standards, documentation, and processes. Strengthen primary and secondary research practices. Incorporate feedback loops and user testing practices. Shape and execute design strategy. Bring consistency across the web platform. Collaborate with Design, Product, and Marketing teams. Manage design delivery planning and tracking. Validate performance of design solutions and redefine approaches. Drive and participate in activities to develop the culture at BrowserStack. Mentor and coach designers, developing next-level leadership.
