Product Design Manager - iGaming

7+ years of experience in product design. 1-2 years of experience in a formal management or senior leadership role. Deep personal passion for crypto required. Strong interest or passion for sports, gaming, or sports betting is highly desirable. Compelling portfolio showcasing hands-on design work and leadership ability. Proven ability to lead teams in simplifying complex concepts. Expert proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers. Define and drive the overall product design vision and strategy. Act as a key hands-on designer for our casino and sports betting platform. Lead the design of major features and contribute directly with hands-on work. Own the vision and strategy for our design system. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering leadership. Establish and refine design processes. Recruit, hire, and onboard new design talent.
