Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German (minimum C1)
- Based in EMEA or within the CEST time zone (±2 hours)
- Minimum of 6 to 12 months of experience with sourcing techniques
- Solid track record in sourcing for the EMEA/DACH markets
- Creative problem-solving and decision-making using analytical skills
- Advanced user knowledge of LinkedIn, Lever, Greenhouse, or other ATS tools is a plus
Responsibilities
- Source suitable candidates through various channels
- Work with recruiters and hiring managers to define candidate personas
- Reach out to and engage with candidates
- Measure and record conversion rates
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates
- Create talent pipelines for current and future hires
- Set up candidate interviews
- Interact with potential candidates on professional networks
