Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in talent sourcing and recruitment.
- Talent sourcing and recruitment experience in the sports industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
- Experience managing an applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Passion for sports and a strong understanding of the industry.
Responsibilities
- Use sourcing methods to identify and attract talent for clients' specific needs.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
- Collaborate with the team to create and implement recruitment strategies.
- Manage and maintain the ATS, keeping candidate information accurate and up to date.
- Stay current on talent sourcing and recruitment trends and best practices.
- Support clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with HR and administrative tasks as needed.
