ATP Implementation Consultant

8+ years of experience in IT consulting 3+ years hands-on experience implementing enterprise agile or project management applications Strong understanding of Agile and Lean portfolio/program management practices Proficiency in configuring/customizing enterprise agile or project management applications, workflows, integrations, and custom views Experience integrating PPM/ EA application with third-party tools (e.g., Jira, ADO, ServiceNow) Excellent communication, facilitation, and client management skills Experience working in remote/distributed teams and global delivery models Familiarity with enterprise Agile frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, or Disciplined Agile Delivery Experience in JavaScript, JSON, and Rest API/Postman API

Lead or support end-to-end implementation of Apptio Targetprocess Engage with enterprise clients to gather business requirements Configure Targetprocess entities, views, workflows, and custom fields Integrate ATP with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations Support testing, UAT, go-live activities, and ongoing enhancements Provide post-implementation support and performance tuning Document configurations, technical specs, and solution designs
