Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing AppSheet applications
- Support end-users with technical issues related to AppSheet and Google Sheets integration
- Provide recommendations for improvements and automation
- Assist in deploying updates, testing new features, and ensuring data reliability
- Document issues, resolutions, and changes in workflows
- Collaborate with team members and clients to understand requirements and deliver effective support
