MD or DO with an active license (multi-state licenses preferred) Minimum 2 years of experience in Endocrinology, Urology, Family Medicine, or Hormone Therapy DEA license with authority to prescribe Schedule III medications Strong communication skills Comfort with technology and telemedicine workflows Availability for at least 8 hours per week
