Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Partnership Management or Business Development within the financial services industry
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements within the financial services industry
- Ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced global environment
- Fluency in Kurdish, English and Arabic
- Turkish language will be an advantage
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, acquire, and onboard new partners
- Nurture and expand relationships with existing partners
- Act as the primary contact for partners
- Ensure partners operate within company guidelines and compliance standards
- Collaborate with internal teams on market development strategies
- Represent the company at industry events
- Work closely with partners to retain their business
- Meet and exceed KPIs for business growth
