Requirements
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in public relations, with a focus on U.S. media
- Strong media contacts in consumer tech, entertainment, creator economy, or cultural/lifestyle journalism
- Demonstrated ability to land coverage in top-tier U.S. outlets
- Exceptional writing skills
- Strategic thinker with a nose for a good story
- Able to operate both strategically and hands-on
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Responsibilities
- Lead and own Oh’s PR strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key U.S. journalists
- Pitch stories to generate regular coverage in high-impact publications
- Craft press releases, pitches, talking points, FAQs, and reactive statements
- Proactively identify newsworthy hooks and cultural moments
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and creator teams
- Act as a media advisor to Oh’s senior leadership and creators
- Manage PR reporting and track key coverage, sentiment, and reach
