Requirements:
Deep expertise in production ML systems. Production LLM experience, including fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment. Experience with preference optimization techniques like RLHF or DPO in production. Strong ML fundamentals and ability to design rigorous evaluation frameworks. Experience with end-to-end ownership of complex problems. Excellent engineering skills, including production-quality code and distributed systems knowledge. Communication and influence skills to drive technical decisions across teams.
Responsibilities:
Own complex ML problems end-to-end from exploration to production deployment and iteration. Drive technical strategy in model development, evaluation, and optimization for clinical AI. Build and optimize production LLM systems, including fine-tuning pipelines and evaluation frameworks. Work across the full AI stack from data preparation to production monitoring. Influence technical decisions across Product, Clinical, and Engineering teams. Raise the technical bar by mentoring engineers and establishing best practices. May lead 1-2 engineers on specific projects, providing technical direction and mentorship.
