Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in backend software development, focusing on Java and AWS technologies. Strong experience building and operating low latency, high scale services in a distributed environment. Proficient in Java programming and its ecosystem. Knowledge of microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed data systems (Kafka, Clickhouse). Familiarity with RESTful API design and security best practices. Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle) and agile development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable, high-performance, low-latency backend services using Java and AWS technologies. Collaborate with product management, frontend, and QA teams. Optimize and enhance existing services for performance, reliability, and maintainability. Identify and resolve system bottlenecks. Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment (CI/CD). Monitor health and performance of backend services. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
