  • 6+ years of experience in performance marketing, strategy, client services, or integrated account management
  • Business systems thinker who can connect the dots across data, creative, and human dynamics
  • Demonstrated success in growing client relationships and expanding scope
  • Confident, consultative communicator who can be respectfully confrontational
  • Proactive, curious, and solutions-oriented
  • Experience managing integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels
  • Ability to translate ambiguity into action

Responsibilities

  • Own the client relationship end-to-end
  • Lead the strategic vision across all disciplines for accounts
  • Synthesize input from craft teams into a cohesive client-facing strategy
  • Facilitate QBRs and strategic check-ins with clients
  • Identify risks and opportunities early
  • Drive internal alignment across media, creative, and CRO
  • Be a retention engine for accounts
  • Lead or co-lead new client pitches
  • Maintain awareness of industry dynamics and emerging trends
