Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in performance marketing, strategy, client services, or integrated account management
- Business systems thinker who can connect the dots across data, creative, and human dynamics
- Demonstrated success in growing client relationships and expanding scope
- Confident, consultative communicator who can be respectfully confrontational
- Proactive, curious, and solutions-oriented
- Experience managing integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels
- Ability to translate ambiguity into action
Responsibilities
- Own the client relationship end-to-end
- Lead the strategic vision across all disciplines for accounts
- Synthesize input from craft teams into a cohesive client-facing strategy
- Facilitate QBRs and strategic check-ins with clients
- Identify risks and opportunities early
- Drive internal alignment across media, creative, and CRO
- Be a retention engine for accounts
- Lead or co-lead new client pitches
- Maintain awareness of industry dynamics and emerging trends
