Medical Billing Specialist (Payment Posting)

2+ years experience with revenue cycle management and billing for commercial and Medicaid plans (especially in the autism space) with payment posting Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Experience working with all commercial and government payor portals Knowledge of denials and corrections Minimum availability of 35 hours/week during core business hours Strong organizational skills and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Uphold security requirements and maintain compliance with HIPAA security regulations

Analyze EOBs and post manual payments Identify payers with payment posting issues Accurately correct payment posting errors Investigate payment issues and address discrepancies/denials Document all payment-related activities and communications
