Requirements:
Native Gujarati speaker C1+ level English 1-3 years of experience with subtitling, translation, dubbing translation/dubbing script creation, quality control, or other localization process. Expert knowledge of Gujarati lingo, slang, cultural references, and sensitivities. Organized, structured, and adaptable to changes. Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Empathetic and proactive team player.
Responsibilities:
Create subtitles in Gujarati, ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural appropriateness. Implement feedback from Language Coordinator into revised subtitles. Meet deadlines while subtitling multiple projects. Respond to Language Coordinators’ QC feedback within 24 hours. Assist in creating localized metadata. Maintain clear and timely communication with Language Coordinator, studio partners, and CG Leadership. Build familiarity with the Beast brand.
