Native Basque speaker C1+ level English 1-3 years of experience with subtitling, translation, dubbing translation/dubbing script creation, quality control, or another integral part of the localization process Expert knowledge of Basque lingo, slang, cultural references, and sensitivities Organized and adaptable to changes Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Empathetic and proactive team player Proficient with OOONA for subtitle creation, translation, and QC (Create Pro and Translate Pro) Understands the YouTube and digital media landscape in Basque Connections to studios, voice actors, dubbing directors, translators in Basque

Create subtitles in Euskara (Basque), ensuring linguistic accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and compliance with language rules. Implement feedback from the Language Coordinator into revised subtitles. Meet tight deadlines for subtitling multiple projects and respond to QC feedback within 24 hours. Assist in creating localized metadata for regional audiences. Maintain clear and timely communication with Language Coordinator, studio partners, and CG Leadership. Build familiarity with the Beast brand and its content.
