3+ years of experience in U.S. business immigration, with a strong focus on Exceptional Ability visas (EB1-A, EB2-NIW, and O-1) Proven track record of owning paralegal workflows from intake through filing Exceptional attention to detail and written communication skills Experience communicating directly with clients, ideally in a high-volume or fast-paced setting Highly organized, with a knack for juggling multiple deadlines Comfort with legal tech and a growth mindset Bonus: Experience working in a remote-first team or startup environment
