Oracle Cloud Analytics Reporting Lead

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud reporting and analytics. Proven experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). Strong SQL and data modeling skills. Experience with data visualization and dashboard design. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or HCM modules is a plus.

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Oracle Cloud Analytics and OTBI reports. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements. Develop dashboards and visualizations using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reporting solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior reporting analysts. Stay current with Oracle Cloud reporting tools, features, and best practices. Participate in client meetings and presentations to demonstrate reporting capabilities. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reporting and analytics. Optimize report performance and ensure timely delivery of analytics solutions.
