Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud reporting and analytics.
- Proven experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or HCM modules is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Oracle Cloud Analytics and OTBI reports.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reporting solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior reporting analysts.
- Stay current with Oracle Cloud reporting tools, features, and best practices.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to demonstrate reporting capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reporting and analytics.
- Optimize report performance and ensure timely delivery of analytics solutions.
