Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required, Master’s degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology services
  • 5+ years in an executive consulting services role
  • Proven track record of directly influencing $25M+ in annual revenue
  • Strong executive presence with experience in C-level client engagement
  • Deep technical expertise across at least two of: Cloud Platforms, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Application Integration
  • Experience building and leading pre-sales and/or solutioning teams
  • Strong understanding of modern delivery models (agile, DevSecOps, managed services)
  • Demonstrated ability to translate emerging technology trends into sellable service offerings
  • Prior experience collaborating with sales and marketing on demand generation
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience at a high-growth consulting firm or global systems integrator
  • Recognized thought leader in specific technology areas
  • Background in P&L ownership or direct accountability for business unit financial performance

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve differentiated, high-impact solution offerings
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and practices to drive pipeline growth
  • Act as a trusted technology advisor to CxOs of key accounts
  • Champion the continuous refinement of solution portfolio
  • Oversee early solution design and proposal development
  • Drive alignment across technology and delivery teams
  • Represent Toptal’s point of view on emerging technology trends
