Child and Adolescent Behavioral Therapist (Remote, Part time - New Jersey)

Unrestricted LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD licensure(s) Qualified applicants must be able to work to our standards without supervision Availability to provide care within Brightline's peak hours (2pm-8pm) At least 3 years of experience practicing independently (without supervision) Expertise delivering evidence-based interventions for children and families including CBT (e.g., conducting exposures, behavioral activation), Parent Management Training (PMT), and other evidence-based practices for youth Experience providing 1:1 care in a telehealth/video setting

Support children and teens ages 0 to 17 years and their caregivers, using evidence-based approaches such as CBT and parent-management training Coordinate care with primary care providers, schools, and others relevant to youth care Complete thorough clinical documentation within Brightline’s standard of ethical care Complete required trainings and stay up-to-date with Brightline’s standards of care, tools, policies and procedures
