Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and hire candidates for a variety of technical roles Maintain and prioritize a high-volume pipeline across multiple openings Conduct skill-based and technical interviews to ensure strong candidate fits Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics Ensure timely and engaging communication with candidates throughout the process Keep ATS records current and accurate for tracking and compliance Contribute to process improvements that elevate candidate experience and hiring outcomes
