Requirements
- 6+ years’ experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts.
- Legal qualification (open to various jurisdictions)
- Excellent / native ability to read and write in English and Japanese (essential)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Working side by side with the legal and business teams of our F100 clients to provide commercially tailored support
- Providing practical legal advice on transactional matters while aligning with business goals and initiatives
- Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and other agreements across various business lines
- Maintaining and updating documentation with most recent regulatory requirements
- Working with and advising business clients directly, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions for various corporate policies where required
