Technical Product Manager

+10 years experience in project management with IT product-related deliverables Experience collaborating with development and/or data teams Experience managing large, diverse projects and parallel workstreams with external clients Experience leading and coaching team members Excellent verbal/written communication and negotiation skills Excellent proactivity and self-starter skills Proficiency in conveying complex ideas and technical information clearly Capacity to adapt to changing project requirements and environments Experience with tools such as Jira/Confluence Proven experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or other) Knowledge of Waterfall methodologies PMP certification is desired Experience leading GenAI, ML or Data Engineering projects desired Understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and/or data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks desired

Oversee project execution and delivery Develop project plans with timelines, resources, and milestones Interpret client and stakeholder guidelines Manage and communicate risks, decisions, and dependencies Manage client and stakeholder communications and expectations Proactively solve problems and initiate collaboration Ensure project quality and client satisfaction Facilitate cross-functional team meetings Identify process improvements Lead and coach other project managers Act as a Product Owner to gather and refine requirements Translate client requirements into detailed User Stories Partner with stakeholders to build and maintain a prioritized product backlog Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and roadmap discussions Ensure user stories are development-ready
