• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities:

• Process new insurance policy applications.
• Handle policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate client files and policy records.
• Generate and distribute policy documents.
• Enter and verify policy information.
• Assist clients with inquiries.
• Prepare and submit regular reports.
