Requirements:

• 10+ years of SaaS enterprise product marketing experience, including 5+ years in cybersecurity and 3+ years in a people leadership role.
• Proven ability to launch and scale enterprise security products, including expertise across customer research, messaging, packaging, competitive positioning, storytelling, and sales enablement.
• Deep knowledge of workforce security, access management, and emerging threats, with insight into evolving IT and security priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead launch and adoption strategies for innovative new device, application, and platform capabilities, empowering organizations to stay secure.
• Develop and mentor the team, coaching and supporting a high-performing product marketing team, fostering accountability and growth.
• Drive insights, conduct research to inform strategy, improving win rates, deal sizes, and market share while identifying competitive threats.
