Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer. Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow's proprietary scripting languages. Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB. Familiarity with ServiceNow IntegrationHub and Flow Designer. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.
Responsibilities:
Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog). Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Create and manage workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts. Conduct unit testing and support system testing and deployment. Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
