Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog. Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Create and manage workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to automate processes. Conduct unit testing and support system testing and deployment activities. Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
