Business Intelligence Engineer

3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, BI development, or data engineering. Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, and data transformation techniques. Experience working with Dynamics 365 data structures and integrations. Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL design, KPI development, and reporting for commercial and finance topics. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills. Experience with Python for data processing, automation, or data validation tasks (preferred).

Design and implement scalable data pipelines and semantic models using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. Translate complex business requirements into performant data models and dashboards using DAX and Power Query. Integrate and transform data from Dynamics 365 and other enterprise sources. Continuously monitor and optimize data quality, reliability, and query performance. Partner with commercial and finance stakeholders to refine business metrics and KPIs. Troubleshoot and resolve data and reporting issues. Maintain clear, version-controlled documentation of data models, definitions, and workflows. Ensure analytics solutions are scalable and adaptable to evolving business needs.
