Manage Commercial Print sales, service and distribution in the Southeast Region Set, drive and manage all sales initiatives within the assigned region Directly manage and develop Commercial Print Sales in the region Achieve and exceed Region revenue, profit and expense objectives Develop annual business plan in conjunction with Senior Sales and Operations Leaders Use consultative selling approach Maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities Attract new sales representatives through successful recruiting strategies Involved in the development of new sales representatives sales orientation and training Develop and maintain multi-level relationships within accounts Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high customer satisfaction Create and conduct effective proposal presentations and RFP responses
