Frontend Engineer (Medellin, Colombia)

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. Two to four years of frontend or full stack development experience. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Strong experience with Vue.js and state management libraries (Vuex or Pinia). Strong experience with frontend testing libraries (Vitest, Mocha, and Chai). Familiarity with build tools (Vue CLI/Webpack or Vite). Experience working with a design team and design tools like Figma. Experience integrating RESTful APIs into user interfaces. Deep understanding of responsive design and cross browser compatibility. Experience working in an Agile environment. Excellent communication and collaborative skills in English. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Implement new user-facing features using Vue.js, Vuex, TypeScript, and SCSS. Translate business requirements into intuitive interfaces. Collaborate with backend, product, design, and QA teams. Integrate RESTful APIs. Write unit tests for frontend components. Contribute to and maintain the component Storybook. Participate in code reviews. Optimize performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. Recommend continuous improvements.
